FAQS Can you Kick It? Yes, you can (you wouldn’t believe how frequently we get asked this!) Can I bring children or babies? This is an over 18’s only event – as much as we love them, no children or babies. What identification do I need to produce to gain entry? Valid Photo ID for that city must be produced to gain entry. What sort of food will be available? We’re planning to have lots of healthy options such as noodles, sushi and wraps along with the usual festival fare. There will surely be some food for thought and, for the hippies, a little food for the soul too. What drinks are available? Bottled water, beer, spirits, fruit juices, cocktails, energy drinks, soft drinks. Will there be an ATM on site? There will be ATMs on site in Sydney. In Melbourne an ATM is located a distance outside the gates. In Perth, EFTPOS facilities will be available,. Gold Coast to be confirmed shortly. If tickets are re-sold or transferred by anyone but the promoter of the festival or their authorised agents, it may become void and the holder may either be refused entry or ejected from the event site. Not to mention the Karmic repercussions. Can lost tickets be replaced? No - treat your ticket like you’d treat a cash cheque for $1million. How quickly will tickets sell out? All we can say is – Don’t Sleep! Good Vibrations Festival 07 is going to have one of the hottest lineups ever seen at a summer festival, and the full lineup announcement will be made on Thursday 2nd November. If the event sells out at outlets, will you still sell tickets at the door? No. OTHER What to bring? Ticket, sunscreen, hat, ID, sunnies, the noise and the good vibes. What not to bring NO BYO (it’s fully licensed), umbrellas, eskys, recording devices, illicit substances and anything deemed harmful to others (including attitude). When will playing times be announced? Playing times will be announced on the Good Vibrations Festival website closer to event dates. There’ll also be maps for each event. Where can I get a program? The official Rolling Stone Good Vibrations Festival programs will be available at the events. When does the Festival open and close? Doors open at midday and close at 10 – 11pm, depending on the venue in your state. The festival kicks off at noon. Is there any transport to and from the event? We recommend you take public transport to each event; it’s safe and good for the environment. Check our site closer to the event for any organized public transport options. Chairs No chairs are allowed, there will be chill out areas and outdoor furniture for sitting. Pass outs Pass outs will be available from 4pm to 7pm only. Filming Good Vibrations Festival advises that you may be filmed at the Festival. By entering this festival you consent to that filming. HEALTH AND SAFETY Is there wheelchair access? Yes Are there free water facilities? Yes. Make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep safe and healthy. What if I hurt myself? Our friends at St. Johns Ambulance will be there to look after us all. What’s the security like? Getting a baby photo of Suri Cruise is easier than foiling these guys. Security will be highly active and visible throughout the venue. We reserve the right to vary advertised artists or programmes, or to reschedule or cancel any event, whether due to inclement weather or any other reason. Tickets are non-refundable, except where event is cancelled, in which case refund will be made (less any third party charges) provided that ticket holder shows acceptable proof of purchase and applies for refund within 30 days of event cancellation. We may refuse entry to, or require you to leave, any event where you fail to comply with these terms or conditions, or where, in our opinion, you behave in a way which may endanger other patrons or impair their right to enjoy the event. No refund will be provided in this circumstance. Tickets are non-transferable. We reserve the right to void any tickets, without compensation, which are transferred or sold by the original purchasers. |
